Heavy Shield Basic 2400 x 1200 x 4mm

Heavy Shield Basic protection board is a light, easy-to-use and long-awaited alternative to heavy plywood, which is hard to work with and does not withstand weather well.

Heavy Shield Basic is a very strong, reusable and easy-to-work polypropylene board with a honeycomb structure for surfaces exposed to heavy impact or pressure. The product is ideal, for example, under forklift traffic.

Heavy Shield Basic boards outperform softwood plywood. A fire-retardant Shipyard Grade is also available. Significant cost savings come from faster installation and from being reusable many times over. Easy to wash when needed, even with a pressure washer.

• Light but durable
• Does not absorb water or go mouldy
• Keeps its colour and shape even when wet
• Highly reusable
