DELIVERY TERMS AND CHARGES
A small-delivery fee of €30 (excl. VAT) is added to deliveries under €70 (excl. VAT).
Deliveries over €1500 free of freight charges CPT shipper*, (freight paid to the agreed delivery address; responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier). Free freight does not apply to board and sheet freight or to deliveries to the Lapland region. Delivery by distribution truck with tail lift.

Parcel – Express delivery (30 kg/0.4 m3/pc, max. 2 m long, 3 m girth) €10.00/parcel. Orders over €250 free of freight charges. Free freight does not apply to board and sheet freight or to deliveries to the Lapland region.
Pallet freight: charged as incurred, approx. EUR/FIN pallets. Turku region €50/60** / delivery, Helsinki region, Pirkanmaa & Ostrobothnia €70/90** / delivery, Oulu, Central and Eastern Finland and Kainuu €90/delivery, Rovaniemi approx. €130/delivery.
Board and sheet freight is always charged as incurred.

Scheduled delivery €20.00
Picking: Picking and packing fee for a part pallet of Voima-arkki sheets and fluted polypropylene protection boards €20.00.

Payment processing and payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In the event of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product first.

Campaigns and discount codes
Any campaign and discount codes are always calculated from the price in SuojaaSe Oy's sales price list (list price) valid at the time, not from customer-specific contract or portal price lists.
Campaigns cannot be combined with other discounts, contract prices, volume discounts or other campaigns unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the customer has a more favourable valid contract or portal price, it remains in force; a campaign code does not automatically improve the contract price.
Prices, validity and price changes
Prices, freight and other delivery costs are binding only for the current calendar quarter (1 Jan–31 Mar, 1 Apr–30 Jun, 1 Jul–30 Sep, 1 Oct–31 Dec). The seller has the right to revise them from the start of the following quarter if there has been a significant change in purchase prices, freight, customs duties or other procurement or delivery costs (as a rule at least 3% landed cost, and always any new customs duty, sanction or similar charge). Notice no later than 14 calendar days before the change of quarter. No fixed delivery commitment is given for more than six (6) months. A single delivery already confirmed for the current quarter retains the confirmed price.
If prices in the quotation or in the Customer's contract have been stated as valid for longer than one quarter, such a provision does not limit the above right to change prices. This clause is an express exception (agreement to the contrary) to any fixed-price and order-of-precedence provisions of the Customer regarding prices, validity and price changes. In the event of a conflict, these terms override the Customer's terms to that extent. See suojaase.fi/myyntiehdot.
